AI Agent Developer Needed Using Eliza Framework for Twitter Bot

I’m looking for someone experienced in AI to develop a bot inspired by https://x.com/aixbt_agent. The project is based on the Eliza framework (https://ai16z.github.io/eliza/docs/), which already handles most of the functionality for interacting with Twitter.

What I need specifically:
• Fine-tuning the model.
• Training it using relevant documentation, Twitter accounts of KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), and other AI agents as references.
• Ensuring the bot can accurately reply to tweets and publish its own tweets based on predefined logic and learned behaviors.
• Optimization for precise and context-aware responses on Twitter.
